Step One

Discovery Call

Everything starts with a discovery call with Bryony.

    • Who you are

    • Your vision for collaboration

    • Step two is to conduct a sales + marketing audit. This is a mandatory step before other work can begin.

    • Step three is to complete and document your brand strategy.

      • If you have already created a comprehensive brand strategy and can send me documentation, we can skip step three and move to step four.

    • If you're looking for ongoing support and execution of your strategy, I work with a limited number of clients on a monthly retainer basis.

Step Two

Sales + Marketing Audit

An audit provides clear insights and a path forward to optimize your growth. It’s the most efficient way to begin.

    • 3 one-hour meetings:

      • 2 meetings to learn more about your current sales and marketing strategy.

      • 1 meeting to present the results of my audit.

  • In this audit we will review:

    • Your current branding + messaging

    • Your current target customers + personas

    • Your current sales process, strategy + metrics if available

    • Your current marketing channels, strategy + metrics if available

    • A competitive analysis

    • Your current client journey + experience

    • Your current sales + marketing alignment

    • A SWOT analysis

    • You will receive a comprehensive report of the audit with actionable recommendations for short term wins and long-term strategies.

    • This audit will provide clear insights and a path forward for optimized business growth.

    • All work is conducted remotely online.

    • All meetings will be scheduled at the beginning of the audit and will take place on Google Meet.

    • The estimated timeline for this process is 2-3 weeks but timelines may vary depending on availability or preference.

    • 50% of the fee is collected before work begins and 50% will be due before delivery of the audit.

  • $997 CAD

Step Three

Brand Strategy

A comprehensive brand strategy brings clarity, purpose and efficiency to your sales and marketing efforts. It’s the foundation for aligned growth.

    • 4 one-hour discovery sessions to brainstorm and collaborate on different elements of your internal and external brand elements.

  • We will work together to bring clarity and definition to the following brand elements:

    Internal Brand Elements:

    • SWOT analysis

    • Competitive analysis

    • Key messages

    • Brand values + goals

    • Brand value proposition + equity

    • Positioning statement

    • Current + future drivers

    • Content pillars + channels

    • Brand touchpoints

    • Customer journey + framework

    • Segments + personas

    External Brand Elements:

    • Brand name

    • Brand logos

    • Brand tagline

    • Brant fonts

    • Brand mood

    • Brand colours

    • Brand voice + personality

    • Visual guide - photography, videography, graphics + symbols

    • Customer service standards

    • Brand samples: print, digital, packaging etc.

    • Physical space - studio or retail

    • Partnerships + collaborations

  • Creative documentation of all brand elements for team members and collaborators to reference.

    • All work is conducted remotely online.

    • All meetings will be scheduled at the beginning of the project and will take place on Google Meet.

    • The estimated timeline for this process is one month but timelines may vary depending on availability or preference.

    • 50% of the fee is collected before work begins and 50% after the third brand discovery meeting.

  • $2997 CAD

Step Four

Fractional Sales + Marketing Director

I support a limited number of Designers with ongoing execution and strategy each month. This is possible only after steps 1-3 are complete.

    • Ongoing strategy work will continue as your business grows and evolves. I will be there there to support you with the inevitable shifts along the way!

    • Connection to other professionals who can help you achieve your goals.

  • Common ongoing execution tasks might include:

    • Project Launches

    • Website Updates

    • Press Pitches

    • Social Media Content Creation + Planning

    • Email Marketing

    • Pitch Decks

    • Photoshoots

    • Collaborations

    • 20 hours of strategy, consultation + execution per month as directed by the client.

    • Bi-weekly touchpoint meetings (30 minutes each).

      • 2 pre-scheduled meetings are included every month.

      • Meetings above and beyond these will be part of the execution hours.

    • Weekly summary emails to track priorities and hours.

    • Email correspondence + admin.

    • A dedicated Google spreadsheet, drive folder and Miro board to manage, share and store our work together.

    • Invoices will be sent via email one week before they are due on the 1st and 15th of each month.

    • A late fee of $50 will be incurred for payments made after the due date. A reminder and check-in will be sent before any late fees are processed.

    • Additional hours are subject to availability each month and will be billed at a rate of $125/hr for strategy and $75/hr for execution.

    • Up to 5 unused hours can be carried over at the end of every month.

    • This contract can be put on pause or cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice from either party.

    • All work is conducted remotely online.

    • Bi-weekly touchpoint meetings will take place on Google Meet.

    • In-person meetings and projects are available on a case-by-case basis. Anything outside of Metro Vancouver, Canada is subject to travel fees.

  • Bi-monthly payments of $1112.50 CAD will be due on the 1st and 15th of each month.
